Hannah and Shaun booked me back in early 2017 after seeing my work at a Wentbridge House Hotel Wedding Showcase. The day started with myself attending bridal preps and Chris (my regular second photographer and brother) attending the groom preps. When I arrived it’s fair to say the the house was buzzing and this didn’t stop for the whole day! I was greeted my Hannah’s mum and a huge smile then she said ‘Right I can put my camera away then’. In a first for me at a wedding I photographed garden gnomes with the brides mum and dad! I dare say this probably won’t happen again!
With a terrible weather forecast for the day I’d spoken to Hannah, Shaun and the vicar about undertaking the group and formal shots inside incase of the forecast rain. Well we only did around six groups in the church before we were drowned out by the most amazing gospel choir and in a first for me we had wedding guests dancing in the aisles!
As it happened the rain held off and we took the rest of the groups in the wonderful gardens at Wentbridge House before spending a little time with Hannah and Shaun and some wonderful bridal shots.
Music seemed to be an ongoing theme and the couple finished off the day with a live band and choreographed dance routine!
